Lee-Anne Jones

Elims Consulting is a proudly South African, owner-managed consultancy company based in Graaff-Reinet in the Eastern Cape.

We are passionate about engaging with our customers to ensure that we provide empowering solutions to any of their training and Human Resources needs while at the same time igniting the spark in individuals to coach and mentor them to reach their full potential.

Our Vision is to be the top-of-mind strategic consultancy partner for any business within the Eastern Cape by 2020.

Our Mission is to provide tailor made solutions with trust, honesty and integrity while striving at all times to maintain long term relationships with our customers.

Started in 2011 by Lee-Anne Jones, with 25 years corporate work experience with the emphasis on Skills Development and Training, Elims provides training and consultancy solutions across a range of industries.

While we have over the four years of existence formed associations with various national training providers, we have also maintained our partnerships with many local organisations, ensuring that we grow and retain the business potential within the Port Elizabeth Metro to service our own home town.

We work hard at keeping our networks alive and well and are actively involved in the Businesswomen’s Association (BWA) and more recently the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber (NMBBC) networks, while at the same time providing guidance and assistance to various volunteer initiatives like the CANSA Relay For Life Event and the BWA’s Corporate Social Investment and Youth Outreach Task Team programmes.

Known for our attention to detail, our methodical approach and passion for people at all levels within an organisation as well as a sometimes a quirky sense of humour, we would be honoured to meet with you and see where we can add value as your organisational partner.

  • Providing services as a Registered Assessor and Moderator for Services SETA
